Our Flavours

Using the same family recipe that Angelo Conti began production with in the 1930’s,  today our ice cream is produced using fresh local milk, cream, and butter, along with organic raw cane sugar.  

Since Tom & Jo took over in 2012, our flavour range has expanded from our Traditional dairy ice cream to include some classic ice cream tastes. All of which  are made using locally sourced ingredients where possible. 

Many of our flavours have gained nationally recognised awards such as the Great Taste, True Taste, ICA Diplomas and Delicious Magazine’s Produce Awards. 

We also have a growing range of sorbets available ... no dairy! 

Our ice cream and sorbet flavours are available as 125ml, 500ml, and 4.75ltr.

Blasau

Yn defnyddio'r union rysáit teuluol 'roedd Angelo Conti wedi datblygu ym 1946, mae ein hufen iá heddiw yn cael ei gynhyrchu gan ddefnyddio  llaeth, hufen, menyn lleuol a siwgr cên organig.

Ers i Tom a Jo gymryd yr awenau yn 2012, maent wedi datblygu gwahanol flasau o'r hufen iá traddodiadol i gynnwys blasau clasurol. Y cyfan wedi eu cynhyrchu yn defnyddio cynhwysion lleol gymaint â phosib.

Llwyddodd nifer o'n blasau ennill gwobrau fel - y Gwir Flas/True Taste, Diploma ICA, a gwobrau cynnyrch newydd ei sefydlu.

Rydym wrthi hefyd yn datblygu sorbedau a hufen iá sydd heb gynnwys llaeth.

Mae'r blasau hufen iâ a sorbedau (gweler isod) ar gael mewn maint 125ml, 500ml neu 4.75ltr.

Sorbet

With today's growing interest in dairy free alternatives, our sorbet range is expanding to meet demands. 

Using local ingredients where possible Conti's sorbets are made to the highest quality, proof of which is our raspberry sorbet that has been awarded a "Great Taste" for 2017. 

Our coconut ice cream is also dairy free, but because of the creamy/milky texture it's closer to an ice  cream than a sorbet. 

Sorbed

Gyda diddordeb cynyddol heddiw mewn dewisiadau amgen cynnyrch heb laeth,

Mae ein hufen iâ cnau coco hefyd yn rhydd o laeth, ond oherwydd
y gwead hufennog mae'n fwy tebyg i hufen iá na sorbed.

Our new alcoholic range of Conti’s, working in collaboration with Penderyn Distillery.

Penderyn Distillery produce a fabulous range of malted barley spirits, located in the historic village of Penderyn in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales a couple of miles from Hirwaun.
