Our Click And Collect Experiment worked!

We decided to try a Click and Collect page to see whether there was any interest from customers in the surrounding area. The result was a resounding “YES”!

We’re so thrilled that it worked as we’ve didn’t have a commerce page on this site before and really didn’t have a clue what we were doing. We were frightened of messing it up. But Heulwen came up trumps and sorted it all out, including the online payments. It’s worked so well that we’re cosnidering rolling the service out for a greater geographical area.

We received enquiries from as far afield as Cardiff, Bristol and London, (oh yes, and Australia!)

So, to get our ice cream out to more of you we are looking into the possibility of supplying directly to you, rather than supplying purely to businesses.

If it proves successful we’ll roll it out nationwide!

We’ll make sure to keep you posted on our progress.
