Christmas is over!

Well, as we strip the house of the lights and baubles, and wonder whether it was all worthwhile, let’s take a moment to gaze into the future.

Conti’s is gearing up for the year ahead, we’re busy plotting new ice cream flavours, entering competitions, thinking up more ideas for the cafe. Heulwen’s busy dreaming up new menus with Ian. We’re talking opening hours, artwork for our new freezer van and getting Llanerchaeron, up and running again after the winter brake. It was the first winter we hadn’t opened during the colder months, and yes, we did miss the place.

Evenings at the cafe in Lampeter have proved very popular and for that we’re very relieved and grateful!

Anyway, here’s to all the trials and tribulation, the excitement and the happy days to come.
